ISB interview calls are being released, and many applicants panic if they don’t receive an invite immediately. In this video, I explain how ISB interviews actually work, why calls come in multiple weekend batches, and why NOT getting a call in the first batch does not mean rejection.
✔ Interviews are usually conducted on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
✔ Cities like Delhi & Mumbai have two interview batches.
✔ Not getting a call in Batch 1 does NOT mean rejection.
✔ Unless you receive an official rejection email — you are still in the race.
